At work I spent some time creating a Claude Skill to unbundle my thinking and my positions, I wrote about it here. The AI market is moving faster than most companies can keep up with, and for me the next interesting question is employee productivity and the expectations of AI-assisted work environments are created towards employers. Tools like Claude Cowork are going to become as unavoidable for employers to offer as Excel or Slack once were, and the companies that do not provide them will simply be behind.
