Tilian's Favourite Spot

Tilian got the task from school to choose his favourite place where he lives. Nadine went to take a picture of it with him. To my surprise, it’s the same spot I spent a lot of days as a kid.

The spot is close to a small river where friends and I built our first fort 25 years ago. The area we live in is subject to flooding, so after I moved out 20 years ago a large flood swept it all away. There aren’t many traces left, but over the last few years Tilian rediscovered the same spot and made it his favourite place.
