Milestone

I have been using the Sony more over the last days. The Canon’s softness and zoom distort my perception of how good the Sony actually is, especially the finer and sensitive grain adds a nice character to the Sony. Switching between both is fun.

Today felt like a real milestone for Hypo. After four days wrestling with PTP connectivity (Picture Transfer Protocol) and another two on UI testing on macOS, I managed to get filesystem export working as an alternative to Apple Photos in just a few hours tonight. I tested it with both PTP and SD cards. The late nights and early mornings paid off and Hypo is more robust than ever. An App Store release is coming soon, but if you’re interested in trying it out beforehand, send me an email. The app is already signed and notarized.
