Eight Hours
Back to work, eight hours back to back, and the only breaks I got I spent outside in the remodelled garden, enjoying the results. Earlier, on the morning tour with Aika, I spotted a juvenile female red-backed shrike sitting on a fence post. I love how carefree it looks, but I bet a bird’s life is not easy either!
Canon · EOS R5 · 600mm · ƒ/6.3 · 1/2000s · ISO 2000Also on Saturday I went to Calumet in Leipzig to get the 1st gen Canon EF 24-105mm fixed, they told me one week earlier a customer with the same issue showed up and paid 400€ eventually for the same repair. I did not decide for the repairs but got as an intermediate solution a Canon RF 24-50mm lens. I think the EF 24-105mm is superior by far but I decided to invest my money rather into a Canon RF 200-800mm f/6.3-9. One expensive purchase is enough.
