We made it back from Mayrhofen. Around 550 km, about six and a half hours with one break and a short traffic jam along the way, which is pretty reasonable for that distance.

We left just before 6 AM to get ahead of the departure traffic out of the valley and at the border. It worked out well, the first stretch was completely empty and by the time things got busier we were already past the worst of it.

I got through seven albums and EPs on the drive, all of them front to back:
